New teacher & new trees

New Teacher

I’m pleased to report that a new teacher has recently started work at Kileva Eastfield.  Her name is Priscilla Nguku and she comes to the school from from Mwamunga Primary in Voi.  This means that Kileva Eastfield Primary now has 8 teachers funded by the government and two by Kileva.

Below is a letter of introduction from Madam Priscilla who I’d like to wholeheartedly welcome to the school.

New Trees

At the end of last year I mentioned that new tree seedlings had been donated by the Mwakoma villagers to the school – click HERE for details.  Well I’m delighted to say that the trees have been doing well as the following ‘photos show:

I’m just glad I don’t have to do the weeding!
