Margaret Continues University Course

Back in June (click HERE for details) I mentioned that Margaret had been begun a Bachelor of Education course at the Pwani University in Kilifi. Last month she began her second session on the course, and below is a note plus some pictures regarding how she’s getting on.

Best wishes

September 2015Hi CliffLife started so well in the August session at Pwani University when we registered for all the same units we started in April, namely:

  • Social interaction
  • Child growth and development
  • Nutrition
  • Psychology
  • HIV/Aids
  • Introduction to computers
  • Communication Skills

However a week after starting the course I had malaria which brought me a lot of troubles, struggling to learn while I was sick. I got medication but I did not feel better. I have serious head ache. In the third week we had CATs (Continuous Assessment Tests) to mark the end of the session then finally we do the exams at December. Thank God am getting better now.

The two ladies in the following picture are my colleagues from work and at the same time college mates. The first lady is Faith and the other one is Elizabeth.
