Kileva Connects: Willow Bank Infant School, Woodley

My granddaughter Molly attends Willow Bank Infant School in Woodley.  Earlier in the year Alison (their mum) and I talked to the headmistress Mrs Stevens about Kileva, and this resulted in me being invited by Molly’s teacher (Miss Dennis) to show the pupils in Year 2 photos of the work we’re doing at the Kileva projects in Sagalla.

Miss Dennis’ Class

Following that the pupils in Molly’s class all wrote letters and to the pupils of Kileva Eastfield Primary and made special necklaces which you can see in the following photos taken during our recent visit to the school.

Thanks again to Miss Dennis’ class for the letters and necklaces and let’s hope this is the start of a lasting relationship between the schools.
